Strategic Planning

- Collaborate with senior management to align cross-selling initiatives with overall business objectives.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage a cluster sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals
Sales & Profitability
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to optimize cross-selling campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions and strategies to address performance gaps.
- Develop sales growth strategy, target market identification, mapping company's offerings to market needs in a fast-paced environment.

Business Development
- Create and drive direct &alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their financial needs and implement customer segmentation strategies for targeted cross-selling efforts.
- Scan Personal loan market and competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the consumer business.
- Understand market dynamics and accordingly suggest Credit & product team in devising competitive pricing structure periodically
