Job description

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Manage all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Create compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blogs, articles, infographics, emails, videos, and social media posts on various topics of finance (stock market, mutual funds, insurance).

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, formulate ideas & prepare content.

  • Prepare products, services & promotional content for Events, Seminars, & Webinars, wherever necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and promotions to attract and retain clients.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.

  • Ensure all-around accuracy & consistency in content.


 


Work experience:


2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, preferably in the investment/financial services industry.


 


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Can do basic graphics editing (on Canva)

  • Comfortable presenting on camera

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
