Position-  Sr. Fashion Consultant

Location-  Borivali (w) Mumbai

Qualification – Any Graduates

Experience-  Minimum 2 years experience in retail and 1 year experience as a fashion

consultant.

Core Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship - Assisting clients, updating clients about offers and policies,

sharing product knowledge and engaging them in positive conversations.

2. Sales - Making sales, achieving sales targets, Cross and up-selling, maintaining outflow

of qty, maintaining average bill value, managing and recording walk-in and trail room

conversions.

3. After-Sales service - Pick up updates, Alteration follow-ups, noting customer feedback,

handling sales/product-related issues.

4. Floor management - arranging products in a presentable way, steaming of products, security tagging, back stock management, inward and outward stock and stock counting.

● Languages - English, Hindi and any other regional language.

● Computing skills - must have the knowledge and ability to use the computer and new

technology swiftly. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
