Job responsibility -
As Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for Digital &
Offline Marketing.
• Developing and managing the implementation of the marketing for activities
along with brand strategy for all verticals under the group.
• Team handling exp is highly desirable.
• The incumbent will be responsible for driving the marketing systems business
strategy with his/her creative and intellectual inputs.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create
awareness of company's business activities. supervising the team and
providing guidance with innovative ideas for promotional events or activities
and organizing them efficiently.
• Be the point of contact for sharing updates and new ideas with stakeholders-
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms
and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-
market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on
tactics.
• Design, implement and own the strategy for delivery of newsletters and short
content videos via online channels including email marketing, blog, and social
media.
• Conduct market research and surveys to identify opportunities for promotion
and growth.
• Representing and promoting the Institute at national and international
exhibitions, school & college seminars and providing market analysis post
event.
• Provide marketing support for the Institute activities conducted for students &
staff.
• Managing online marketing initiatives (Google Ad Words, direct placements)
Track and reconcile digital media budget- Define the overall plan for the
product marketing team and work closely with the team to deliver it.
Desired Profile:
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Digital & Offline Marketing.
• Well versed with marketing tools on a digital platform, social media as well as
offline tools
• Excellent communicator
• Target Oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Go Getter Attitude.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
