Desired candidate profile

·         Should have minimum 15 to 20years of experience in direct B2B sales (industrial Sales) with handling a team of sales.

·         Should have experience in handling and managing a sales and service team. Experience in handling Industrial products sales and channel sales

·         Should have experience from related industries like Engineering products, capital equipment, chemical , food pharma industries.

·         Communication skills in written and oral English.

·         Must be conversant with local language and English.

·         If he has four wheeler, 110 ltrs of petrol will be consider.

Brief Job Profile and Description

·         Responsible driving  the branch sales target.

·         Developing new key customers in manufacturing & Institution.

·         To identify and appoint resellers and franchisees.

·         To develop & handle a team of sales, service and administrative staff.

·         Supporting to  Unit heads for achieving the targets  with in the scheduled period.

·         To provide service to warranty, AMC  and out of  warranty customers

·         Coordinating and communicating with all internal and external customers
