Own end-to-end planning and execution of conversion, retention, engagement & reactivation marketing initiatives. create and execute campaigns using direct channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Mobile App PNs, IVR OBD, etc.
Use marketing automation tools to create customer journeys and manage user lifecycles across all segments of users (new, active, dormant, etc.)
Monitor and report campaign performance & key success metrics. Maintain and publish dashboards/ reports at a channel, cohort, or campaign level.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for the template, creative, and business approvals. Identify key Content/propositions to reduce churn for various cohorts and minimize it by setting up churn prevention lifecycles as well as win-back campaigns.
Run various A/B experiments to identify the best strategy.
PreferredQualification:
0-2 years of hands-on experience in Campaign management/setup CRM / Retention Marketing using platforms like MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, etc. (for fresher, if they have knowledge, then it will be a plus)
Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (Setting up multi-channel user journeys/ drip campaigns, etc.)
Strong understanding of segmentation, frequency capping, inclusion/exclusion, send time, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively with a broad set of internal (creative, copy, design, marketing teams) and external (vendors) stakeholders
