ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ∙To develop business in his assigned Territory by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the Territory ∙Generating sales of company products in the region in order to achieve sales targets ∙To ensure coordination and relationship management with distributors, customers, corporate ∙customers as well as other departments ∙Developing and maintaining an efficient distribution network and Go to Market Approach ∙Well versed the geography and good have sound knowledge of Rural market ∙Appoint new distributors and development of each distributors ∙Increase in secondary and tertiary business in assigned territory ∙Assess sales performance according to KPIs ∙Prepare and submit reports to the ASM/Sales Head REQUIRED SKILL SETS ∙Experience with any large/ medium sales team in good companies and strong relationship network in the trade channel. ∙Must have handled distributors to drive secondary & tertiary business ∙Must have an experience in distribution appointment & development ∙Strong business skills, & channel Distribution ∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with trade and people. ∙Excellent team player, thoughtful, unafraid to express an opinion and enthusiastic. ∙Experience: 3-5 years ∙Excel Knowledge is added advantage ∙Telecom/FMCG product distribution experience is preferable
