Role Overview –
This Executive- Call Center role will span across line
functions at SOTC & TCIL. In this role, Executive /
Senior Executive would require to create revenue by
maximizing query conversations, while being compliant
to set organizational standards.
Purpose of Role:-
 Bringing in sales.
 Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
 Ensuring quality service by following the organization
standards
 Responsible to attend to the enquiries over a call and
interact with the customers
 Responsible for converting the enquiries & achieve
sales targets
 Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & to
meet the TATs
 Responsible to follow all the policies & systems of the
organization
 Ensuring quality service by following the organization
standards.
 Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone &
persuade them to purchase our products (Holidays
Packages)
Requirement:-
 Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales ( Any BPO
sales )
 Interview 2 rounds both f2f
 Maximum age 35
 English level *fluent*
 Undergraduate / Graduate Both will work
 Shift Window 8:00 am to 8:00 pm ( Any 9 hours shift
)
 *No night shifts*
 6 days working & 1 Rotational week off
 Salary Up to 3.5 LPA Maximum ( depends on last
drawn )
