Job description

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates. 2. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates. 3. Candidate Assessment: Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with UNext's values and objectives. 4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and refine recruitment strategies. 6. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
