Hire the Candidates By using different Portals Like - Naukari, Monster, Shine, Indeed, Linkdin, and Times Jobs, or some Unpaid- portals like - Job hai, Apna, or more, 


Also by Cold Calling , or Data Calling. And Close the Position.


Screening the Cv's , Arranging the Interviews with Clients, and Take a proper follow up with the clients , untill the position get closed
