Job description

  Prepare the cost estimate for design option.


·       Preparing pretender estimate for all activity.


·       Preparing & marinating variations, work order, purchase order register.


·       Preparing value engineering option to the architect/ designer.


·       Preparing & maintaining variation heads changes in budget


     Preparing rate analysis for NT items of civil work.


·       Meeting with different vendors for different kind of work and co-ordinate with the owner of company.


·       Checking & certifying RA bills of main & subcontractors.


·       Monitoring budget & updating CTC.


·       Preparing tender event schedule.


·       Updating cash flow for smooth flow of work.
