Job Description

• Prepare the cost estimate for design option.


• Preparing pretender estimate for all activity.


• Preparing & marinating variations, work order, purchase order register.


• Preparing value engineering option to the architect/ designer.


• Preparing & maintaining variation heads changes in budget


• . BOQ preparation of all works.


• Preparing rate analysis for NT items of civil work.


• Meeting with different vendors for different kind of work and co-ordinate with the owner of company.


• Checking & certifying RA bills of main & subcontractors.


• Monitoring budget & updating CTC.


• Preparing tender event schedule.


• Updating cash flow for smooth flow of work.
