The primary focus will be on recruitment, training, and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, demonstrating expertise in these key areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment processes. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. 2. Training: Identify training needs within the organization and develop comprehensive training programs. Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees at various levels. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements. 3. Payroll: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions. Address payroll-related queries and issues promptly. 4. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution. Stay informed about employee concerns and feedback, working towards enhancing the overall employee experience. 5. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR processes. Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures consistently. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, training, and payroll. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficient in using HRIS and other relevant software.
