Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Manage all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Create compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blogs, articles, infographics, emails, videos, and social media posts on various topics of finance (stock market, mutual funds, insurance).
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, formulate ideas & prepare content.
Prepare products, services & promotional content for Events, Seminars, & Webinars, wherever necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and promotions to attract and retain clients.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
Ensure all-around accuracy & consistency in content.
Work experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, preferably in the investment/financial services industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Can do basic graphics editing (on Canva)
Comfortable presenting on camera
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
