Job description

Responsibilities :- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
