Job description -
1. Update the daily collection reports from the bank statements and knock off against outstanding amount
2. Raise invoices to customers on a regular basis
3. Follow up with customers on a daily basis for collection
4. Prepare monthly reports on billing status and provide analysis to management
5. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations teams to resolve any issues related to invoicing or payments
6. Other basic accounts receivable activities - monitoring of customer, monthly KPI reporting, audit support for AR activities etc
Qualification-
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
2. At Least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
3. Excellent communication skills, email writing skills & interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in Ms-Excel
5. Self starter with the ability to work independently and maintain communication with coworkers
