Job Description:


To handle the customer grievances & to ensure a positive customer experience.•    To acknowledge and respond to the customer complaints.•    To resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.•    To adhere to the overall process & compliance.•    Acknowledge and respond to customer complaints within the specified TAT.•    Identify the customer issue and able to summarize it for review with the manager.•    Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.•    Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.•    Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.•    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.•    Adherence to the overall process & compliance
