Preparation and Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs and tailor proposals accordingly. Create a detailed timeline and action plan for each tender, ensuring adherence to submission deadlines. Proposal Development: Write and compile compelling tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines. Submission Process: Manage the tender submission process, including the preparation of submission packages and supporting documentation. Coordinate with logistics and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery of tender documents to the appropriate authorities.
