Key Responsibilities: Tender Opportunity Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential tender opportunities relevant to the company's products/services. Monitor various platforms, websites, and databases for new tender notifications. Analyze tender documents to understand requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria. Preparation and Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation required for tender submissions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs and tailor proposals accordingly. Create a detailed timeline and action plan for each tender, ensuring adherence to submission deadlines. Proposal Development: Write and compile compelling tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines. Submission Process: Manage the tender submission process, including the preparation of submission packages and supporting documentation. Coordinate with logistics and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery of tender documents to the appropriate authorities. Monitor the status of submitted tenders and address any post-submission inquiries or clarifications as needed. Performance Evaluation: Track and analyze tender outcomes, including success rates, feedback from clients, and areas for improvement. Identify lessons learned from previous tenders and incorporate best practices into future submissions. Provide regular reports and updates on tender activities to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in tender management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
