Job description

Job Responsibilities:
 Maintaining a good relationship with their customers.
 Candidate should have thorough knowledge of each of above geographical territory.
 Contacts with Direct Exporters and Importers only.
 Able to sell all products – Ocean and Air, Mode LCL and FC, Verticals Imports and Exports.
 Should be able to adapt to current shipping line booking and space scenario.
 Must possess excellent communication skills, should be self-driven, passionate, and highly
motivated.
 Good at negotiation who does solution-based selling, knowledge of systems, preparing sales
plan, etc.
 Prompt in reporting and meeting the deadlines.
 Aggressive go getter who accepts challenges in meeting sales targets.
 Must have knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance.
 Achieving sales targets given by the organisation and should be able to achieve a minimum of 3
times of the CTC.
 Willing to travel to branches in the region as per our requirement.
 Will be responsible for branch performance and revenue generation.
 Ensure branch targets in the region are met as per company requirements.
