Role - Receptionist
Salary - 20K to 27K in hand
Job timings - Mon to Sat || 9.00 am to 6.00 pm or 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Job location - Andheri East

Job Responsibilities:
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Handling front desk management (Courier Management, Maintain visitor/ courier registers)
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Keeping track of office supplies (Office Stationery) and placing orders for replacements
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
