Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of traditional Indian dishes under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food products to ensure freshness and quality.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Learn and apply proper techniques for handling spices, herbs, and other Indian ingredients.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as directed by the Chef.
