Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of tandoori dishes, including breads, meats, and vegetables.
- Operate and maintain tandoor oven equipment, ensuring proper temperature control and cleanliness.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of tandoori items.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of raw meats and hygiene practices.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering of ingredients for tandoori dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor section and surrounding work areas.
