Job Description:


Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of various Asian dishes, including but not limited to Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese cuisines. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of Asian dishes. Work under the guidance of senior kitchen staff to execute orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Asian cuisine section, including equipment and work areas. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of ingredients and hygiene practices. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering of Asian cuisine ingredients. Learn and apply proper cooking techniques and flavor profiles unique to Asian cuisine. Requirements: Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, with exposure to Asian cuisine preferred. Basic knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality.
