Job Description:


Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of various continental dishes, including but not limited to European, American, and Mediterranean cuisines. Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of continental dishes. Work closely with senior kitchen staff to ensure efficient execution of orders and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the continental cuisine section, including equipment and work areas. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of ingredients and hygiene practices. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering of continental cuisine ingredients. Learn and apply proper cooking techniques and flavor combinations unique to continental cuisine. Requirements: Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, with exposure to continental cuisine preferred. Basic knowledge of continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
