Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of pizzas, including hand-tossed, thin-crust, and specialty pizzas.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of pizzas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely execution of pizza orders and efficient service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, including pizza ovens and work areas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of ingredients and hygiene practices.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering of pizza ingredients.
- Learn and apply proper pizza-making techniques, including dough stretching, topping placement, and baking.
