Equipment Management and Maintenance:Preventive maintenance:● Developing and implementing a well Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule● Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of all the electromechanical,hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.Corrective maintenance● Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved to the right skills in the team,planning and managing effective works.● Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and makerecommendations for repair or replacement.● Assist in the analysis of engineering design problems.Low Down Time● Schedule both internal and external jobs to maximizing planned downtime● Having corrective action plans ready and trained support personnel to be able to reduceunplanned downtime due to equipment malfunction
