Job Description Design skills related to HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Building mechanical systems. Navis work clash detection and understanding of 2D drawings (design/IFC/shop) Awareness of different plumbing systems such as Waste/sanitary, water supply,Storm/rain water, grease line etc. Should have good knowledge of various plumbing fixtures and components that arepart of plumbing system. Excellent understanding and knowledge of working on BIM platforms Revit, CAD etc Exposure to US Projects is a Must. Ensure Level of Quality control for Completeness and adherence to company standardsof all Drawings produced. Work with BIM Coordinator / Manager creating RFIs, progress Reports etc Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modeling. Strong Communication Skills.
