Job Description



 Design skills related to HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Building mechanical systems.
 Navis work clash detection and understanding of 2D drawings (design/IFC/shop)
 Awareness of different plumbing systems such as Waste/sanitary, water supply,
Storm/rain water, grease line etc.
 Should have good knowledge of various plumbing fixtures and components that are
part of plumbing system.
 Excellent understanding and knowledge of working on BIM platforms Revit, CAD etc
 Exposure to US Projects is a Must.
 Ensure Level of Quality control for Completeness and adherence to company standards
of all Drawings produced.
 Work with BIM Coordinator / Manager creating RFIs, progress Reports etc
 Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modeling.
 Strong Communication Skills.
