Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, social media content, and more. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience demographics, ensuring that design deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design, and proactively integrate new techniques and tools into your workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicate design rationale, and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design deliverables. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback, sharing industry knowledge, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio environment. Knowledge of web design and app designing for android Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail.
