Designation – Business Development ManagerWork Location – sector 66, GurgaonAs a business development manager, you'll need to; Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growthareas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reachingexisting markets Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients/ Team Members With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support tothe executive team as directed to ensure that organization goals and objectives areaccomplished, and operations run efficiently Documentation - Recording the minutes of the meeting with clear emphasis on the keyaction points from the meeting. Maintaining the project database and eRoom to ensureall documentations are captured and organized for ease of access. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order todevelop and improve the business Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operationalchanges Draw up client contracts - depending on the size of the company, this task may becompleted by someone else or agreements may not be as formal Has an attention to detail, high accountability, and maintains utmost level ofconfidentiality. Seek ways of improving the way the business operatesDesired Profile: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 3+ Prior experience of working with a fast growing organization preferred Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
