We’re hiring for a position Financial Planning & Analysis.Positions: Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis.Remuneration : upto 12-14 lacWork Location : sector 66 - GurgaonQualification: C.A / CMA / MBAResponsibilities Experience in preparation and review of Operating Plan/budgets and forecasts/outlook Management reporting (MIS reports, Revenue and Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis) with detailedcommentary and analysis Generate insights into business performance to help drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-baseddecision making. Provide objective and analytical insights on financial impact and soundness of business decisions to the topmanagement. Continuously monitor business performance, act as a fact-based challenger, and develop recommendationsfor improvements. Drive discussions with senior stake holders on margin improvements , revenue, and other improvements Partner cross-functionally providing a breadth of insight and financial decision support. Provide financial modeling, business case and analysis for various ad-hoc financial projects and requirements. Review business performance and support decision making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insightsand visibility on business performance on regular basis Conduct ad-hoc analysis, sensitivity analysis, industry analysis, what if analysis to understand the financialimpacts of various operational decisions Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to extract insights, understand business on the ground , act as afact-based challenger, and then build a crisp narrative. Self – Initiative Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain calm under pressure Actively take part and provide innovative thoughts/ideas and drive org wide initiatives.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in FP&A Domain 3-7 years Must have professional work from home setup, personal Laptop, and high-speed broadbandconnection Work timings: 11:00 am IST – 08:00 pm IST (Indian Standard Time) Experience in Finance function Ability to handle leadership queries and quick turnaround Upbeat, confident, outspoken & good in communication Great storyteller Executive presence Attention to detail Team collaboration Skills Proficient with tools like - frameworks/ presentation / analytical tools like power bi/ excel/ macros Feel free for any clarification.regards,Manmeet Singh9329931733
