Job description

● Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in studying abroad. ● Provide detailed information about educational programs, universities, admission requirements, and other relevant aspects of studying overseas. ● Assess the needs and preferences of prospective students to offer personalised guidance and advice. ● Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and facilitate the application process. ● Maintain accurate records of interactions with students in the CRM system. ● Collaborate closely with the counselling team to ensure a seamless transition for students from inquiry to enrollment. ● Stay updated on industry trends, educational institutions, and visa regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students. ● Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. ● Empathetic approach towards understanding the needs and concerns of students. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. ● Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred. ● Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory. ● Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals. ● Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for fresher candidates).
