JD for Tele-CallerAs a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding theirneeds, and effectively communicating the benefits of our courses. Your primary goal will be to generateleads, schedule demonstrations, and ultimately contribute to increasing sales and revenue. The idealcandidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability towork effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, particularly inthe education sector, would be advantageous.Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services. Engage with leads to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about ourofferings. Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition ofour solutions. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion into sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products inthe market.Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product benefits effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success
