TELE CALLER

Job description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
 Engage with leads to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our
offerings.
 Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of
our solutions.
 Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion into sales opportunities.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in
the market.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product benefits effectively.
 High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
 Prior experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus.
 Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
