Job description
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the plant's objectives and overall company vision.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Organizational Culture Enhancement:
- Lead initiatives to promote and strengthen the organization's culture.
- Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Foster a positive work environment that reflects the company's values and promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for plant-level positions.
- Develop talent pipelines and strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance feedback and coaching.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate performance improvement plans as needed.
- Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to deliver training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
- Lead change management initiatives and support employees through organizational changes.
- Communicate effectively about changes, ensuring understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to manage resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.
