Job description



  1. Strategic HR Leadership:







    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the plant's objectives and overall company vision.

    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.

    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.







  1. Organizational Culture Enhancement:







    • Lead initiatives to promote and strengthen the organization's culture.

    • Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

    • Foster a positive work environment that reflects the company's values and promotes diversity and inclusion.







  1. Talent Acquisition and Management:







    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for plant-level positions.

    • Develop talent pipelines and strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.

    • Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.







  1. Performance Management:







    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.

    • Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance feedback and coaching.

    • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate performance improvement plans as needed.







  1. Employee Relations and Compliance:







    • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.

    • Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.







  1. Training and Development:







    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

    • Coordinate with internal and external resources to deliver training sessions.

    • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.







  1. HR Analytics and Reporting:







    • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

    • Prepare reports and metrics related to HR key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive HR initiatives.







  1. Change Management:







    • Lead change management initiatives and support employees through organizational changes.

    • Communicate effectively about changes, ensuring understanding and buy-in from stakeholders.

    • Implement strategies to manage resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.
