Job Description:


Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the plant's objectives and overall company vision. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services. Organizational Culture Enhancement: Lead initiatives to promote and strengthen the organization's culture. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Foster a positive work environment that reflects the company's values and promotes diversity and inclusion. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for plant-level positions. Develop talent pipelines and strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes. Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance feedback and coaching. Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate performance improvement plans as needed. Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters. Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Coordinate with internal and external resources to deliver training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. HR Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and metrics related to HR key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive HR initiatives. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and support employees through organizational changes. Communicate effectively about changes, ensuring understanding and buy-in from stakeholders. Implement strategies to manage resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.
