Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of the city or region, with a focus on maximizing revenue generation and market penetration.
Primary Responsibility: Launch new stores end to end from WH scouting, Infra placement, pre-onboarding of shops to launch day test, tech setup and launch. Co-ordination and management of NSO activities with internal and external Stakeholders.
Ownership of the city from pre-launch to launch+3months - Post launch stabilization of both sales targets as well as team members
Reporting to: Business Head
Reportees: NSO Team
Travel: 50-100% basis no of stores launched per month
Background: FMCG Sales, Store operations, Admin management - Mix of 2 or more
Experience: 10+ years
Qualifications:
Graduate, MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite & Google add-ons
Willingness to travel within the designated city or region as required.
