UI Lead Developer

Job description

Responsibilities:
    Provide technical leadership and direction to the UI development team.
    Translate high-level business requirements into functional UI components and features.
    Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand and clarify requirements.
    Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in UI development.
    Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
    Develop reusable UI components and libraries.
    Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    Implement and maintain web analytics tracking and reporting.
    Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI development.
Required Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
                                                                                                    6+ years of practical experience programming with JavaScript.
                                                                                                    Hands-on experience with current JavaScript framework technologies, preferably React/Angular
and component-driven development.
    Knowledge of web analytics data and data structures.
    Ability to influence and drive technical adoption of analytics products.
    Hands-on experience with UI build technologies such as NPM and Webpack.
    Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    Experience providing long-term strategic solutions to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
