Assembly and Testing Operator

Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  
     1. Proto Testing of Fan (AD/Torque/Various other required test)
     2. Prototyping in house of parts
     3. Assembly of prototypes
     4. Testing of prototypes
     5. Benchmarking of competitor samples
     6. Measurement of parts and assemblies

Passion to   design, prototype testing and making

Arrange parts   for testing  
Assembly of   test samples   
Test to be   conducted as per plan   
Make report of   testing with all observations - Populate DVP  
 Benchmarking   of competitior products   
Report of   benchmarking  
Coordination   with vendors for prototyping  
Internal   prototyping   
Measurement of internal development parts and tooled parts   
Prepare  inspection reports for T0, T1 parts
