· Primary job is Reservation Conversion and Upselling.· Handle inbound reservation inquiries and effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings.· Communicate with customers/potential guests in both English and preferred language of the guest, providing accurate and timely information about the brand’s hotels & resorts with availability, rates, and policies.· Look for opportunities in every conversation to upsell additional services, amenities, or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.· Possess & update good & accurate product knowledge to provide comprehensive information to potential guests.· Follow up with potential guests to secure reservations and answer any additional questions or concerns they may have.Requirements:· Ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.· Ensure that all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and updated information.· Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.· Adhere to pre-set availability and rate controls.· Ensure all reservations input in the system are accurate with sufficient back-up for reviewing· The Management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary, at any point of time during her / his employment.Work Schedule: 6 days week with rotational week offDevice: Candidates should have their own system to work with.Languages : English with Tamil INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY OR CONTACT: SIMRAN DSOUZA 9303440707 simran.dsouza@white-force.in
