Provide empathetic and informative counseling to clients to understand their unique financial situations and goals. Analyze clients' debt profiles, including credit card debt, loans, and other financial obligations, to develop tailored debt repayment plans. Educate clients on effective debt management strategies, budgeting techniques, and financial goal setting to help them achieve long-term financial stability. Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive financial plans focusing on debt reduction, savings goals, and wealth-building strategies. Recommend debt consolidation, debt restructuring, or debt settlement options based on clients' specific needs, and guide clients through the process. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and financial plans in compliance with regulatory requirements. Keep updated on industry regulations, debt management best practices, and financial products relevant to debt management and personal finance. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Candidate requirements : Any Diploma / Graduate Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner. Experience of credit cards, loans, and debt management processes would be be preferred. Experience in Domestic/International process in a BPO would be preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
