Ø Be able to take the lead to develop Construction Equipment buyer’s network individual small time contractors / construction company & support them in purchasing used Construction Equipment Ø Irrespective of their Assigned Territory need to closely work with CFT Team of other locations for BUYER/ SELLER leads. Ø Analyze the customer base to establish a common approach to retention and growth. Ø Ensure effective customer engagement and satisfaction with amicable resolution of complaints. Ø Shall directly drive all bulk deals personally. Ø Shall direct, guide, mentor, supervise and evaluate the performance of the PMs CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS segments constantly. Target achievement for self and team to be evaluated constantly at Automall & State Level both. Ø AM and the team shall continuously coordinate with Demand team counterparts to ensure smooth disposal of sourced inventory through desired conversion / fulfilment of tagged stock. Ø Shall mandatorily promote and pitch all services offered by SAMIL Group, both CORE (Physical & Online Bidding, Private Treaty or Negotiate Sale) and ALLIED (Parking, Valuation, Documentation, Repossession, Logistics, Insurance / Finance, White Labelled Solution) to new clients as part of business development initiative Ø Shall directly drive all bulk deals personally Ø Shall share desired MIS and performance evaluation reports with seniors and clients as per requirement within set timelines ((Daily/Weekly/Monthly) & keep strong vigil on assets parked at Automalls beyond 60 days and also collection pending greater than 90 days / bill generation as per TAT Ø Shall mandatorily attend assigned client reviews whenever scheduled with all supporting data and MIS relevant for the meeting.
