Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Sales Manager to join our team and drive the sales of our FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) Cable Tray product line. The Product Sales Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with key clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for the FRP Cable Tray product line.
- Identify and target potential clients in industries such as construction, telecommunications, power distribution, and infrastructure development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and product presentations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of FRP Cable Tray.
- Provide product training and support to internal sales teams, distributors, and partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback, identify product improvements, and contribute to product road-map planning.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to FRP Cable Tray products and ensure compliance in sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Technical knowledge or experience with FRP Cable Tray products is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
