They are responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and optimizing customer satisfaction. The Floor Manager reports directly to the Store Manager and collaborates with other departments to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and motivate floor staff  and deliver exceptional customer service. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and provide feedback. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring all responsibilities are completed efficiently. Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric environment by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring their needs are met. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management: Ensure the retail floor is visually appealing, organized, and stocked with merchandise. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive product displays and promotional setups. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the inventory management team to replenish stock as needed. Sales and Performance Analysis: Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and customer traffic to identify areas for improvement.
