Responsibilities- Work closely with the Product Manager to analyze product functionality, and performancetrends, and test hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies Develop product feedback processes and assist in conducting market research and customerinterviews Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate productrelease timelines with sales teams Work with the development team to roll out new features, and troubleshoot existing ones Create reporting and dashboards to analyze and track campaign performance, and trends,and identify optimization opportunities for our small business customersQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any field Looking to transition into product management Holding a product management course certification Available for a full-time position with a minimum commitment of 1 year Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimalsupervision
