Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and Edtech (Education Technology) company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources, fostering a positive work environment, and driving strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce. Administer employee relations, including resolving issues, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliances and handle all HR-related documentation and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus. Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the BPO or Edtech industry, with a deep understanding of the unique HR challenges in these sectors would be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, compensation, and benefits administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficient in HRMS (Human Resources Management Systems) and other HR-related software. Desired Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR issues and drive organizational growth. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the HR team while collaborating with other departments. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
