AS PER THE DISCUSSION  Position- Sales Executive – Lubricants/Spare Parts/Garage / Retail SalesLocation- PuneExperience- 2 to 5 yrsCTC- up to 30000-35000/- In handPreferred candidate – Automobile Industry (Experience add-on if from Lubricants & Spare parts)Notice Period – Immediate Joinng. Age Criteria – Below 31yrs   Channel Sales development – Lubricants and Spare parts to Garages and Retail Network. Job location based out of Pune.Job Description:  Generating automobile spare part & lubricants requirements from Garages / Retailers. (Through calls and Visit) Do cold calling to prospective customers with daily calling targets Visit customers in the field across India with visit targets Onboard customers as retail stores customers, or channel partners, or as franchise partners via calling, visit, and face to face meeting. Build the channel sales of the company via business partnerships Garages / Retailer network can be based out of Maharashtra and neighboring States not limited to but including MP, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, AP, Karnataka, Goa and Gujarat. Focus on Sales of both spare parts and SparesHub branded Lubricants. SparesHub has 0 credit policy. So collect customer payments as advances or upon delivery based upon management's guidelines. Consistently Achieve monthly Targets and qualify for incentives. Key Responsibility Areas Maintain Customer relations through repeated follow-ups on calls and visits wherever possible. Maintain repeat sales from existing customers. Add new customers (garages / retailers) on a regular basis. Maintain Customer database location wise. Convey ongoing sales promotions to customer to maximize sales achievement. Handle customer objections from time to time and bring them to a resolution Keep the higher management informed of any customer grievances along with the solutions provided. Reporting to management with required reports on a daily basis. Analyzing monthly performance alongwith scope of improvement and seeking help from management to overcome those. Maintain a healthy competition in sales team and contribute to the team's performance.   Build Knowledge and experience in product sales.
