Job Description: ∙Outbound calling on leads generated or data provided by the Company ∙Boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. ∙Budding clients to encourage visit to the property. ∙Ensuring the follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, sources, etc. ∙Periodic training will be provided on the latest projects and launch including the sales pitch ∙Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and provide suggestion on time. Skills and Experience: ∙Candidate should have excellent communication skills. ∙High School Diploma or equivalent. ∙Prior experience as telesales or similar. ∙Basic knowledge about real estate industry would be an add-on.
