You will work closely with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to achieve salestargets and strengthen our market presence.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory througheffective sales strategies and relationship building.2. Territory Management: Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans and strategies tomaximize market coverage and product placement.3. Retailer and Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers anddistributors to ensure product availability and visibility.4. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our FMCG products to assist retailers andaddress customer inquiries effectively.5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identifyopportunities and threats.6. Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock levels with distributors and retailers, minimizingstockouts and excess inventory.7. Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activitiesand marketing campaigns at the local level.8. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including market insights and sales data analysis.9. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and practices adhere to company policies and industryregulations.QUALIFICATIONS● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).● Proven experience of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a track record ofachieving or exceeding sales targets.● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.● Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools.● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
