Job description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to analyze product functionality, performance trends, and test hypotheses to contribute to go-to-market strategies.


• Aid in developing product feedback processes and participate in conducting market research and customer interviews.


• Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product release timelines effectively with sales teams.


• Work alongside the development team to implement new features, as well as troubleshoot existing ones.


• Generate reporting and dashboards to analyze and track campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities for our small business customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.


• Aspiring to transition into product management.


• Possession of a product management course certification.


• Available for a full-time position with a minimum commitment of 1 year.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
