Job description

Lead and supervise a team of 15 delivery executives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.  Coordinate and oversee last-mile delivery operations, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.  Collaborate with internal teams to optimize delivery routes, minimize delivery times, and enhance overall efficiency.  Monitor and track delivery performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, delivery success rates, and customer satisfaction scores.  Address any delivery-related issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive resolution for customers.  Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline operations and enhance the delivery experience.  Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.  Stay updated on industry trends and developments, actively seeking opportunities to improve and innovate within the last-mile delivery space.
