Job description

1. Supervising production staff: You will need to manage and supervise the production staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. 2. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations: You will need to ensure that all production processes are carried out safely and that all staff are adhering to safety regulations. 3. Monitoring production output: You will need to monitor the production output to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and to a high quality. 4. Maintaining production equipment: You will need to ensure that all production equipment is well-maintained and in good working order to prevent downtime and production delays. 5. Identifying areas for process improvement: You will need to identify areas for process improvement and work with other departments to implement changes that increase efficiency and reduce waste. 6.
